Andrea Von Utter oversees all aspects of Fishbowl’s customer services operations including client services, creative, production and guest services. She is also responsible for the company’s strategic planning and organizational development initiatives.
Andrea’s advertising and marketing experience includes strategic branding, targeted promotions and tactical executions on both the agency and client side. Prior to joining Fishbowl, Andrea was SVP Marketing for The Palm Restaurant, where she launched and managed their widely acclaimed loyalty program, the 837 Club. Prior to The Palm, she worked at Tom Feltenstein’s Neighborhood Marketing Institute (NMI), an agency specializing in local store marketing for the restaurant industry where she held positions from Marketing Manager to President/COO. Andrea also spent ten years with two agencies, Greenstone Roberts and Wexler McCarron and Roth, where she dealt with a wide variety of clients from local to international, and with budgets ranging from $50,000 to $10+ million.
Andrea holds a B.S. in Communications from Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts.
